Slowest cookout I've never been to. Person taking orders doesn't understand the 2 drive through lane concept.

Ordered two shakes which were milk with chunks in it. Walked back up to drive thru window to have shakes remade and then received totally different flavor shake. Had to go back a third time and ask if they could remake it for the flavor I ordered and when the girl handed it to me for the third time she said That is as good as your going to get tonight Terrible customer service. stars

Chicken was nasty, pork was nasty. Serving size was tiny. Although the burger was good, the interior of the facility is very baron and dark lit. Makes for a bar style atmosphere, not so inviting for a quick break from work or play. Wouldn't recommend.

My burger was soggy but I didn't have any condiments, literally was a patty and bun, but soggy buns lol. I like their food usually, the shakes are the main reason I go. Staff was nice, service was fast, and I went while it was lunch time.

First and last time. Mediocre food. Stale fries, bbq way over vinegared, stingy bbq sauce, greasy hush puppies. Cole slaw was almost ok though.No sign for either pickup window as to which side of the building is being used.Intercom barely usable. Ordered two meals, even confirmed two meals and still only got one. Had to go inside to correct the order. Interior is stark and drabby.No prices on the web site.How this chain got so big is a complete mystery to me.
