At Pinchoss the lovely ladies serving are fantastic. They speak minimal English but they try their hardest to understand and get your order correct. I haven't ever had a problem with them, super friendly and speedy. The restaurant itself has about 7-8tables so it fills up pretty quickly. The food is cooked to order and always made fresh. I recommend the chicken soup as astarter. You will not be disappointed. It is sooo good. Thinking about it now I want a bowl. Hehe The soup also brings a nicesized portion of white rice at no extra cost. The rice is good also. I do not know if it can be substituted for anything else asI've never asked. The Mexican bowl is delicious. It brings a beef skewer but can be substituted for chicken, grilled corn, eggwhite, white rice and black beans, avocado and grilled red peppers and onions. For about 14 bucks. Super affordable and enoughto have left over even shared for 2. We were watching the desserts and smoothies/shakes being made and they looked A1(that meansgood). After our meal we were to full to indulge but baby, next time its on!!
This is the sixth time my order has been packed incorrectly, and on top of that, they always promise to include my honey but never do. I've complained multiple times, and the response is always the same excuse: "Sorry, we missed it." I can understand an occasional mistake, but consistently? It's frustrating. It's a shame because I have been a regular customer of this restaurant and others like Sabor y Arte. Although the food is delicious, the poor service makes me reconsider whether I want to keep ordering from here.
I ordered 2 fruit salads and they brought me a little chopped fruit with no taste of anything. What bad service since they changed management
