The staff appeared to lack a sense of urgency and moved slowly, resulting in customers waiting nearly an hour for their food. It was a total letdown. I will certainly be steering clear of that location in the future.

It's frustrating that they forgot to include an item in my online order, which I placed for pickup 30 minutes ahead of time. To make things worse, their phone goes unanswered! I'm too far away to go back now. I'll definitely need to remember to double-check my orders before I go to pick them up next time!

I can definitely tell the difference between freshly made food and meals that have been left out. Despite this occasional problem, the restaurant is usually quite good. My advice would be to always ask for a fresh order, even if it means waiting a little longer—it’s definitely worth it!
