Ashgrove - Elizabeth Town

Very generous with samples there were at least 8 different cheeses to try. And a few relishes too. Great flavours such as chilli, lavender, wasabi, bush pepper and even the blue cheese was great. Bought our favourites on the way out. They also have a selection of marinades, rubs, seasoning, salmon, crackers and the like. Small cafe inside with cheese boards available. Staff helpful.

They were very generous with their tastings. There were at least 10 to try. They even have a lavender cheese. I couldn't smell the lavender but once it melts on your tongue it is all you can taste. Amazing.Bought a little tasting platter and some honey lip balms. Great place to stop.

Great variety of tasty cheeses & accompaniments. Would recommend that you buy some to have later with wine you get on your tours.

A good spot for tasting and buying prime Tassie cheese. The ice cream (fruit tingle) was exceptional. Friendly and helpful staff. Well worth a visit.

Ashgrove Cheeses is just that, a dairy outlet with a number of good products from round Northern Tasmania. Incidentally it has a small cafe attached with a very limited menu. The ambiance outside is quirky with multiple painted cows, but essentially it's a showroom for their (excellent) dairy products.
