The food is delicious and fresh, but I've noticed that the last couple of times I've ordered, I didn't receive my sauce. I always choose marinara sauce for my Mozzarella Sticks, and it hasn't been included, and I've also missed out on the dipping sauce for my Crispy Chicken Tenders. Small when I ordered large. Burger was plain and had nothing on it I choose. No or lack of quality control. And now I half to foot the bill
I dont eat at sonic normally so im not sure if it was them or the delivery part but milkshakes were not even... cold? saw one small cookie piece in my oreo one. SuperSONIC Bacon Double Cheeseburger was not great. Honey BBQ Sauced Jumbo Popcorn Chicken Combo had very little sauce and they forgot my kids cheese cup for his Soft Pretzel Twist

I ordered food the other day at 9:19, expecting it to be delivered by 9:43. I received a text saying the driver was on the way, but then another text said they were looking for a driver. After that, I got a message stating that my food would arrive between 9:12. Ultimately, my order didn’t arrive until 10:09. When it finally got here, the food was cold, and the drink was watered down – it was the worst experience I've ever had with Sonic. They could have either refreshed my food or kept me updated about the driver’s status. It felt like they took my money without any care. Sonic's management should be ashamed, embarrassed, and held accountable for this situation. I will never order like this again. I'm done.
