The drive thru person gets my order wrong 80% of the time. If you tell them no slaw or hot sauce on a sandwich, they put it on anyways. They burn their chicken nuggets. Their milkshakes are good though. I recently ordered a hotdog with onions, chili, and mustard, but when I got home and looked in the bag, they gave me a hamburger with onions, chili, and mustard. Waited in line for over 10mins and nobody was like but me
