What Joanna Kaiser doesn't like about Berri Licious Frozen Yogurt:
The ice cream and topping options are awesome! But, the woman behind the counter was incredibly unfrienly, rude even. She didn't even warn us that the hot fudge was off and when I tried pumping it, it exploded all over my dress. I'd like to try the soft serve again, but hopefully not when she's working. I'm sorry ? Absolutely one of our favorite places. Everything is so fresh and the place is always immaculate and the employees are always friendly and helpful. And the prices are very reasonable. View all feedback.
