Description
This restaurant presents a mixed bag of experiences, with some patrons praising friendly service and fresh, hot food, while others report frustratingly long waits and subpar customer service. The popular fried chicken and seafood options receive mixed reviews concerning preparation quality and flavor, contributing to varying customer satisfaction levels. While some customers find it a suitable choice for a quick meal on the go, others are put off by management's handling of service and operational issues. Overall, guests seem divided on whether they would return for another visit.

Sorry, but this is the best LJS. Food was boiling lava hot, which is definitely not a complaint. Also able to get Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning which is the best of the gimmick flavors.
I recently relocated from Florida to Manor, Texas, and while driving by, I spotted this restaurant and thought I’d give it a try. I’m so glad I did! The customer service from Christy and the young lady behind the counter was exceptional. The food was great as well, and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!
You go though drive through, they make you pull to the front of the store to wait for your order and they tell you it’s going to be 15 minutes and you sit there for 35 until you have to go them about your and they for got about your order and you were the first one there
I had the worst customer service experience at this restaurant. When I went to pick up my order, two staff members asked me what I was there for, and since they spoke to me in Spanish, I responded in Spanish as well. However, a manager named Christie Bill, who only speaks English, started yelling at me. She claimed I was speaking to her employees disrespectfully and demanded that I leave and never return. I tried to explain that I was simply there to pick up my order, but she insisted that I should leave and threatened to prevent me from returning. Christie, a Black woman, was disrespectful to me from the moment I spoke Spanish, and I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect. It’s concerning to see someone like her in a management position at a place that serves a diverse community in Texas, where many people speak different languages.
