Dunkin' - Elgin

So far everything was perfect but today that new employee the white girl because I gave a change she yelling it?s wrong so I gave one more dollar and I left if she yelling like that to the people I think you lose a lot of customers

Dunkin> I asked for pepper, was refused by staff saying, I had to pay extra money in order to receive it.... Please be advised they are pocketing the extra money ???? for there tip jar!!!!! Everyone be aware

I usually like this place, but today didn?t have such a good experience. I asked for two sandwiches and they only gave me one. I understand, mistakes happen but for the lady Maria to tell me I have to go all the way around and re-order . She could?ve justcharged me and gave me my sandwich . Since I was already there. Not like it was my mistake , I wasn?t asking for anything forfree .

Coffee was good, employees were nice especially because I went at 5 30 am

The guy took my order and told me to pull up, and I waited behind someone for 5 minutes after they had already got their order, which was odd but fine. Then I finally get to the window and the girl asked me what I ordered. So I repeated it. Then the guywho took my order says we don?t have that one with a straight face hahah. She offered the other refresher, you know thestrawberry one that tastes like medicine. I felt obligated to get something at this point after waiting and literally being atthe window about to pay. Then she got annoyed when I said I wanted a medium instead and handed my drink to me with t-rex arms soI was falling out of my car to get it, we all know those moments.
