Cuisine America - Elgin

Cuisine America was an absolute pleasure to work with! From the start, Mary Catherine (MC) and the team sat down with us to discuss our vision and ideas of food. You are supplied an initial meal guide, but the chef, (who is also MC's husband) caters to your every need when it comes to dietary restrictions or allergies. Being a Filipino, my wife and I wanted to incorporate a few Filipino appetizers into our menu. The chef was able to create them from scratch, and even allowed us to come in for a tasting before a final approval.We received numerous requests on who our caterer was, and a large amount of compliments at how they enjoyed their meals.In addition to the food, Cuisine America also offers decor such as signage, frames, lanterns, etc. at no rental cost. During the tastings, you are free to walk around their facility to take a look at any decor they have to offer. MC will then include the items in your inventory and brings them to the venue space. She and her team set up the decorations and clean up the decorations at the end of the night. Definitely saves you in decoration cost and labor!Overall, the Cuisine America team helped our overall wedding vision come to life.

Cuisine America was the best caterer to work with for my wedding. They were easy to work with, always responded quickly, were accommodating with dietary restrictions, and most importantly, had delicious food. We got tons of compliments from our wedding guests on how good their service and food was! Would highly recommend!

Cuisine America will take care of you like you are their family! We borrowed decorations and signage from them free of charge. They also offer vintage miss match china which fit our theme perfectly. We received so many compliments on the food and the flatware. People really enjoyed the cocktail meatballs, spinach and cheese stuffed shells, and the goat cheese bruschetta.

Cuisine America catered our wedding reception and it was absolutely wonderful! We originally planned to marry in 2020, but postponed until 2021 due to COVID-19. We worked with Mary Catherine and Jamie throughout the postponement and planning process and they were both responsive, reliable, and helpful. My husband and I felt so spoiled during our tasting, and the amount of decor they have available for their clients to rent is beyond belief! I highly recommend Cuisine America for any catering occasion, they take great care and pride in their food and service and it truly shows! Our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was. Outstanding.
