Catering Made Simple - Elgin

Catering Made Simple has been catering my lunch and dinner meetings for years. They have done a phenomenal job. The food is plentiful, and very tasty. I have also used CMS for my children's baptisms, birthday parties, and graduation. I've rented their tents, chairs, tables, e t c. They always do a great job.

The servers were especially friendly and helpful with all of the food at our party. Greg, the owner, is super patient and helpful in coordinating anything that you want! We will be using this company in the future!

We made a last-minute decision to have our Thanksgiving meal catered. Everywhere else we called was a no-go. But when we called Catering Made Simple we got instant attention and detail. The food was fantastic! And they worked with us on our smaller gathering. Wonderful! Will definitely use again!

We had a delicious buffet of hamburgers, brats, beef brisket with some sides dessert tray. The food was set up in our kitchen in no time at all. It was kept warm moist during the entire serving time. Excellent food excellent value. Right down the street from the Highland Loft venue, so if you book there this is your go to caterer. Greg is easy to work with very flexible can cater to special dietary restrictions. He makes sure that the food is fresh. We had a huge wedding and then booked him for a small breakfast gathering the next morning which was just as good. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.
