Everytime I'm there later (10pm) I wait 5—10 minutes to place my order. Not because they're busy, but because there's no one up front. No bell on the door, no bell up front, no response to “hello”, I just wait.

Custom service is terrible. They pick up and hang up right away.

They only use WHOLE MILK, I wanted a large shake with a special request..... (2% or skim milk)

Absolutely terrible after midnight. I live in the area and have some friends that always want to stop by here late, but 6 out of eight times we were left waiting because there was no one up front. Not only that, but about three weeks ago I asked for an Oreo shake and the cashier looked at me as if I insulted his whole bloodline and even squinted his eyes as if he trying to intimidate me into telling him to forget it! If I could give a negative star rating I would. Girl at the counter was rude! No experience whatsoever on what I was trying to order and so much attitude! Then I tried to call to speak with a manager and she answered and said no one was in and she was by herself! She looked like she was barely 16! Horrible place! I even emailed the store and NEVER got a reply back. Never again going to that place.
