That was already worth a trip at ddr times. with bus stopped to the coffee fresh cake and ice cream simply delicious. fast and friendly service and always coffee after gift

Hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly. they really deserve a perfect score given the friendliness of hotel staff and their good eating, but the hotel internet needs a lot of improvement. internet access is particularly important nowadays if they need it for business emails and video conferencing. room: 4 service: 5 location: 4

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. the rooms are quite large, very clean and the beds comfortable. because the hotel is located directly on the street, the traffic noise is very loud (thanks to stop ohropax however. the wellness area is really very beautiful and clean. It was a pity that they were thrown out of the wellness area at 20:15, although this is open until 21 o'clock. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the kamin in the hallway because nobody knew how to fire the kamin (you shouldn't advertise for it). the breakfast buffet and the dinner were good. really very positiw was the mother who had served us every morning, always smile and good laune! . also mention is the great location. in the big and whole we liked the stay and we would visit the hotel again, but only under the week and in the next season.

We are too hospitable in the hotel for years in the advent period. very cozy ambiente with beautiful sauna landscape and good kitchen and very friendly staff. good starting point for hikes. we are happy to come back!
