the waiting staff is absolutely amazing, they try to update them as much as possible, and have always got my order right no matter how much I need to change it! the chefs are great, eating is even better, and the atmosphere is impeccable. I call this place and always go here. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Tony Sacco's Coal Oven Kitchen:
The restaurant was very nice, but the waitress was just okay. We ordered Italian beef sandwiches and Italian minestrone soup. The soup was good, but the sandwiches were very disappointing. The beef was thin and tough, almost like ground beef, and the bread was dry and tasteless. The Hoagie-style bread was overcooked and very hard. I am not usually one to give a bad review, but I have never experienced such poor service as I did at Tony Sacco's. We were told they were out of many menu items, including their famous homemade chips. When we asked for a replacement, we were given generic bagged chips instead of the usual fresh ones. We waited an hour for our food, only to have to send one of the meals back because it was cold. The chips were disappointing and there was no effort made to make up for the poor quality of the meal. The manager offered to take the cold food off our bill, but we still paid $58 for a burger without sauce, 2 personal pizzas, and beer. We ended up eating our meal in the parking lot of a nearby subway. Despite the terrible experience, our waitress was the only positive aspect of our visit, as she remained pleasant throughout.
We waited an hour for our food, and when it finally arrived, our son's dish was burnt. We were told that the first pizza we ordered had been discarded, and the wait for the remake was longer than promised. We left without our pizza, feeling very frustrated. We do not plan on coming back to this restaurant.

Overall, it was one of the worst meals I've had in a long time. I was hungry and spent $42 for my daughter and myself to eat. The meal also came with chips, which I ordered BBQ flavor, but they were just as bad as the sandwich. We will not be returning.

Disappointed. Waited 45 mins for the worlds tiniest burger. Though it did make for a good laugh, we will not be returning. I would definetly not recommend . The one thing I will say is our waitress was an absolute sweetheart. Probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had. But this place sucks. Food portion tiny for $13 and food wasn't even good.
