Came in, today, for the buffet. Fries frozen. Pizza cold and the cheese wasn 't melted. Manager on duty said it was sitting out for an hour (we came in at 1130) but that doesn 't mean the fries should be frozen or the cheese entirely cold? We ordered a medium pizza took 45 minutes we are understanding of short staff but when my husband got home with the pizza I lifted the lid and edges were all bubbled up and burnt around edges. We ate what we could we were hungry. I called the manager to explain our situation and he sat in silence I said hello and he asked if we wanted another one to be delivered would take another 45 minutes! I said no we will never...
