Subway - Eldorado
Subway
Description
The El Dorado location is enduring a concerning decline, marked by a limited selection of ingredients and poor hygiene standards. Diners report frequent shortages of fresh vegetables, stale bread, and insufficient meat options, leaving little to satisfy a proper sandwich craving. Customers have encountered unclean facilities and indifferent staff, further tarnishing the experience. Long wait times coupled with disappointing food quality have led patrons to question the establishment's viability. With numerous operational flaws, including malfunctioning soda machines and lackluster service, it seems urgent management intervention is necessary to restore the restaurant to acceptable standards.

Stopped here on a long road trip.... ordered Italian herb and cheese bread and was given jalepeno cheese instead. Manager refused to remake on correct bread and told us we were wrong. I have been eating the same bread at every subway for over 10 years, I know my bread. Disgusted with the service, hope subway enjoyed the free money for the sandwich I had to trash
This Subway is strongly below Subway's standards. I should have noticed by the way all the vegetables looked slimey that everything's been sitting out a long time. It's a grand feat to make a subway sandwich taste bad and this is the one. Also basically everything is either out of order or just plain out. Of course there's no manager there and the worker is very sorry and she completely understands but there is just nothing she can do. Also, we were the only ones in the restaurant and the girl made us wait 10 minutes to order while she counted money and put receipts in bags.
The El Dorado location is not great. They often lack a good selection of vegetables and usually only provide white bread. Additionally, they never seem to have the beef for the Philly cheesesteak. I'm beginning to wonder if they might be out of business.
The restrooms were out of order, the door was hard to open, many of the bread options were unavailable, there was no lettuce or provolone, and the vegetables were soggy. We were very disappointed with our decision to stop here.
I haven't been in town for long, but I’ve eaten at this place three times, and I doubt I'll be back. Each time I've visited, they were out of most types of bread, only offering flatbread and wheat. They also seemed to be missing several ingredients. While the staff did offer to whip up a fresh batch of tuna during my second visit, it wasn't enough to make up for the other shortcomings. The cookies have consistently been hard, and the soda machine has been out of order each time. The staff doesn’t seem to be well-trained and appears to serve small portions on sandwiches, which could be due to the limited ingredients available. Additionally, the door is quite annoying; it doesn’t close by itself, requiring you to push it shut manually.
