We tried their delicious hake salad, which was perfectly balanced and fresh, highlighting the quality of the ingredients. The croquettes were a true delight: crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside, simply irresistible. Without a doubt, the star dish was the paellas, which were full of flavor and prepared with fresh ingredients that enhanced each bite. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy, we were very comfortable in their booth and the service is attentive and friendly, making Fayago an ideal place to enjoy an unforgettable meal in Elda.
