Good for a quick stop. Offer Member price for gas. The prices for non-gas articles are not unreasonable for a convenience store. The lateral entrance near the pumps can be very slippery in the winter months. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Fastrac:
In ordered 2 pizzas and they said 25 minutes and we went back about 20 minutes later and they had given pizzas two someone else and ruined family night never get pizza or some food there again View all feedback.
The most beautiful FasTracks I've ever been! Red Head Ashley are amazing employees, I wish the best for them... You definitely need an increase!
Awesome place. They have almost everything you could imagine. They gave great pizza at great price. They have a bulk food section with lots of treats. There's also a fountain drink station with all the major brands and then some. Probably the best gas station for miles around. They also gave a drive thru for orders and you can use the fastrac app to order online and pick up in store very nice. This will be my new go to location when ever I'm in the area.

The staff is generally friendly, except for a red-haired employee named Meghan. She has been rude and visibly irritated whenever we've come in for lunch or snacks. Last year, she made some condescending comments about politics, assuming my group was completely clueless. After asking for a receipt last week, her lack of professionalism and service quality left me so frustrated that I felt compelled to share my experience. She is an embarrassment to the FasTrack brand, and I’ve decided to go to the next city instead of stopping by her store again, which is disappointing since I live near Auburn and find the location convenient for my daily routine. It speaks volumes about FasTrack that someone like her is representing their management team.
I enjoy fastrac. I?ve never had a negative experience until I started frequenting the Elbridge, NY location. My issue is with 1 employee in particular. He may be the manager or maybe his ego is to big and he thinks he is. The past 2 times I have gone to this location this gentleman has belittled his employees. The first time multiple people ordered pizzas at once and he was becoming irate and confused due to no names on any of the pizzas. He was grumbling and loudly saying ?How the F do I know who they go to?!? While there were several adults and children in the facility. Tonight, he began to belittle an employee while she was preparing a pizza for a customer whom she seemed to know. He is absolutely horrible as an employee, unprofessional, rude, and has poor customer service skills. I felt awful for the employees working with him. Please correct this. That?s no way to treat an employee. Also, pizza slices are BOGO. I bought 6 slices and was charged 14$ and some change. He then tossed my receipt without asking if I wanted it or not.
