Contribute Feedback What Heather Conner doesn't like about Dairy Queen:
We stopped to eat here because of the higher rating. Unfortunately, it did not stand up to the rating. It was a dirty restaurant and the women?s bathroom light did not work so we had to stand with the door open to wash our hands. We spoke withthe manager about the bathroom and he said we needed to jiggle the switch? Lastly, our order did not come out right. Itappeared that they needed a lot of help behind the counter... We decided to eat here because of its high rating, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to our expectations. The restaurant was not clean, and the women's bathroom light was out, so we had to leave the door open to wash our hands. When we mentioned this to the manager, he suggested that we just needed to jiggle the switch. To top it off, our order was incorrect, which made it seem like they really needed more assistance in the kitchen.
The food and service were excellent. The only downside was that the restroom was not clean.
Dairy Queen treats are consistently refreshing! The drive-thru service is excellent. Be sure to try an original DQ cheeseburger meal deal—there's really nothing else quite like it!
