I like it because it is modern, comfortable and a stylish but relaxed place with a good atmosphere. the service is good and the prices are decent. as foreign I am always very well treated here. mainly as a coffee-café lounge from the locals (which it must be 8 on each block in every city in Albania), but they also have alcohol and some appetizers. highly recommended.
