The view is quite beautiful, but the service is lacking at this restaurant in Elazığ. We asked for some ground coffee, specific to Harput region, but it seems they forgot to put the coffee in it and we ended up just drinking water.

Thanks to Ali Bey for his friendly service, the atmosphere is nice and the food is delicious. I only deducted one star because the portion size was a little small.
