Looking at the comments, we say where we came and sat. But nothing to do with the so-called. Everything was very nice, both the food and the place. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €20–25 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 View all feedback.
What vag vag doesn't like about Kalamaras Tavern:
Unacceptable Saturday afternoon not to have enough tangible food on the menu. Waiting 1 hour and 50 minutes to eat from the time we sat on the chairs. The food arrived cold and the portions relatively small for the price. Not to mention the cleanliness spiders everywhere in the ceiling generally abandoned store. We went on New Year's Eve with a lot of people in Elati without a reservation and they served us immediately .. The best ribs I've ever eaten! The veal with spaghetti also great! The highlight is the semi-sweet rosé wine! Well done for the service and environment! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €15–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Caution!!! at this restaurant they brought us RAW food, after of course they informed us that they don't have half the food on the menu! Away!!! Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
We visited the tavern on Wednesday, December 27th. We were two families (8 people). The shop was very crowded, like all of Elati during the holidays. The service was professional. Polite and in satisfactory times for the condition (the shop was literally full). We ordered mostly meat. 4 only gets the veal steak due to the relatively small thickness of its cut (the sear was exactly what we asked for). The rest of the dishes get a clear 5. Combination, which pleasantly surprised the whole company: pappardelle with mushrooms and truffle oil (1st course) and veal fillet (2nd course the cut here was perfectly thick, the doneness we requested was medium rare and the result was flawless, full juicy on the inside and perfectly for a seminar armor on the outside). We chose to eat the above dishes together, cutting the fillet into thin slices and accompanying the pappardelle with it. Top tasting experience, which will accompany us for a long time. Nice closing with walnut pie (we used to call it brunette) and honey macaroons for dessert. The price value ratio is overall good and especially for the veal fillet top notch.
