Lovely restaurant, must try Pumpkin Flower soup! Antonio was so gracious and helpful, live pianist was perfect for this atmosphere. Oswen and Yarely also made sure we as guests were taken care of, (despite miscommunication from hotel management about needing reservations ...apparently needed for ALL...their restaurants not just one). We were so exhausted our first day, and hungry lol ! They made sure our meal and experience was top quality, and saved the day.

I know the reviews are mostly good but I wouldn’t rate this place that high. Overall it was average.From the server to the food they were OK but not anywhere close to even We were there after so that may have something to...do with it. Like all restaurants at the Hacienda Encantada it cost too much for what you get. I suppose you get penalized if you don't do the All-Inclusive.

We had the opportuntity to enjoy this restaurant twice during our stay and both times the staff, Miguel, Fernando and Yesena went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was extraordinary! The menu, atmosphere, service and food were great! We never felt rushed and...left satisfied and ready to return.

What a fun restaurant in the even do Spanish coffee. Antonio was a great manager. Carlos was on top of everything for dinner. Very courteous, very professional will be back again. Poulet the hostess was very gracious. Just an all-around good experience. I take that...back great experience.
