Noah's Bagels - El Segundo

I tried Noah's for the first time ever and i will never return. i was charged 4 times for my large order which resulted in over 100$ in charges. i tried to fix this by calling, emailing, and even DMing them on Instagram and I was completely left in the dark. i checked in multiple times a week with no answer until I talked to my bank over 2 weeks later to dispute the charges. it was almost impossible to get help from them. i would have liked the product if the customer service wasn't no terrible a

It was a quick and local place to grab a couple of bagels, a smear, and OJ... did it a couple of mornings while in the area all was good.

Employee did not wash hands before returning from vacuuming the lobby, to take my order. Did not use gloves to prepare my order. Struggled to place bagel inside bag, I'm sure they touched it.

I love bagels, and they have the best protein bars here. I always have the best experience here with their phenomenal customer services. Thank you. I will be back.

Meh, decent bagel. Service was a bit lax and some orders came out wrong, but for the price, it's expected.
