Whoever is the manager at this location, should be fired. Every time we recently placed an order, there is always an issue. Twice in a row I received somebody else?s order and then I have to beg for a refund over a 40 minute chat with their ?peppersupport?. Other times they magically forget sprite, chips, and they never give you refund for it. I?ve been ordering from themfor a while but might stop from now on
End of day service but nice fresh food still. Service was okay, not as friendly as other chipotles I have been to. Love the food though ????
The wait to order on a Sunday was very long. The worst part was that I got sick right after eating, experiencing severe stomach pain followed by nausea. Once I got home, I started vomiting. Overall, not a good experience!
Expect Chipotle Mexican Grill to be busy, so it's a good idea to confirm they have all the items on the menu you plan to order. Aside from occasional stock shortages, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They remain patient while preparing menu items, even when some customers in line are less courteous during their orders.
The lunch rush moves fast here. There needs to be a lot more parking available! The Wells Fargo next door strictly monitors their parking lot, which makes finding a spot even more difficult.
