It has been a few years since I went, so it is possible the service went downhill, but I expected this place to be near the top for restaurants in Queretaro. The entertainment is authentic mariachi. The food was very good, but again it was not really about the actual food in front of you. The food comes in waves as you are expected to stay and drink and enjoy the experience. I liked the food and it was not as heavy as many Mexican bean-based meals, but again I like the place for the cultural experience. Since most of the people are Mexican, they are not catering to yank tourists, they are catering to real Mexicans who want real Mexican entertainment.
The meat is cooked almost to perfection. the atmosphere of the restaurant is great and you can also listen to music whilst you enjoy your lunch
