Sabroso Restaurant Bar - El Prado

A fabulous restaurant and a casual cocktail. The Atmsophere consisting of several intimate interiors, a piano bar and a magnificent outdoor terrace makes Sabroso an absolutely satisfying place to bring your family and friends. The menu is positively perfect. My choice of daily special, salmon on a bed of vegetables and pilaf, was probably the best fish dish I ever had. My friend, who lived in Taos for 40 years, led me here and I'm sure I'm back. The live guitar music and singing in 3 languages provided on this special Friday evening by Charlie B. were unique with a touch of international romance. Its skill is incredible and rewards the males with a quiet and hearty culinary experience.

Best Margaritas in town! Super good food, great staff, good music and cozy atmosphere. The pig bell is incredible. The main rib is super tasty. The BBQ is from this world. Go! Southwest Shrimp and Grits, Steak Frites, Key Lime Cheesecake! I mean, seriously!

The food was delicious. The service could not get much better. Very nice atmosphere. Best fish and chips I've ever had. Truffleries were very delicious.

This restaurant is very consistent, I have come here for a few years, and every time I was satisfied with the food and service. In summer, the best to sit outside is my favorite, but the interior is very charming. This time I order what I thought it would be a little dish, but I was wrong. the fish and chips were considerable, and let me tell you it was SABROSO safe in my top 5 fish and chips I ever had (I traveled a lot and fish and chips it always in my list). You should try. Oh and by the way, I will recommend making a reservation before time, they are busy most of the time.

Amazing food and environment. If you can sit in the bar, do yourself a favor and sit fireside in the 250 year old building which exudes New Mexico history. The food and the service are world class in this picturesque restaurant.
