The staff at this restaurant were extremely friendly and ordering a vegan pizza was a breeze. Everything on the menu is clearly labeled and the staff are very knowledgeable about vegan options. I ordered a tasty gluten-free crust topped with red sauce, vegan sausage, vegan cheese, and a variety of vegetables. I definitely plan on returning again!
I was initially excited to try Pieology for their vegan options, as it's difficult to find a restaurant in this area that caters to vegans. However, my experience was extremely disappointing. They completely messed up our order, putting fake sausage on my spouse's pizza that was supposed to have real meat and cheese. The pizza was also burnt beyond edibility. To make matters worse, they mixed real meat with their plant protein on my vegan pizza. Despite looking identical, the taste confirmed that both fake and real meat were used. It's clear that they do not take vegan options seriously and the staff lacks knowledge on the subject. The management has not properly trained them, leading to a poor experience for customers. I will not be returning to Pieology due to this lack of care and attention to detail.
I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I double confirmed my order with two different employees four times, yet my order was still incorrect. I even had the staff repeat it back to me twice. Initially, there was confusion when I requested vegan plant protein, and the staff seemed unsure. I ordered the 'butcher' pizza without pepperoni, with vegan protein substituted for the meatball and sausage, vegan cheese, and garlic and olive oil instead of red sauce with oregano on top. Unfortunately, when I arrived, they had not included vegan cheese on the receipt, but after confirming with them, they reassured me that it was indeed vegan. However, they only included the vegan meatball and not the sausage, and it was all lumped in the middle of the pizza rather than evenly distributed. Overall, the staff did not handle alterations well and the customer service was lacking. I have had similar experiences at other locations. We only dined here because of the limited vegan options in El Paso on a Sunday evening. For a better vegan pizza option, I recommend The Pizza Joint which is much more vegan-friendly and has better-informed staff.

I was initially excited for their vegan options, as it is quite hard to find a restaurant here that has vegan options. they have the command completely wrong. they put fake sausages on my husband pizza, which contained real cheese and should have real flesh. they also burned their pizza pretty bad, I talk carved and not frisssbar beside the center burned. to really complete it real flesh mixed with her vegetable protein! my so ate several pieces and confirmed that they mixed fake meat with real meat on my all vegan pizza. the fake meat looks just like her real flesh, the only real difference is the taste my S/O confirmed that it is both as she hates the vegan meat in contrast to me. so seriously watch if they take the chance, they simply mix it without worry. avoid this place seriously. they are not willing to encode on the vegan options and seem completely open, not to worry about these options. when I eat meat, I'll get physically sick on people. very disappointed by the lack of knowledge of employees and managements. the management obviously didn't train her and I bet that company wouldn't be too happy about it. Unfortunately, I have no profis for this restaurant because it was only a bad experience and wasting money. the fact that they are the same way for another customer a day before, says everything. poor management 100% train their workers or get them workers who listen. First and last time I will visit every pieology.
