The worst part was that they had no flavor at all - none of the 4 people in our group enjoyed them. The french fries were fine, but our order took too long to arrive. Overall, we were left wondering if this place is overrated.

I called th... read more On December 20th, 2022 at 16:45, I visited a restaurant where I ordered wings online. When I got home, I realized that half of my order was missing. I called the establishment and spoke to the manager, Manuel Carballo, who showed zero accountability and offered no solution or apology for the mistake. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and respect shown by the management. In a competitive industry like the wing business, customer service is key, and this particular store failed to meet even basic standards. I do not recommend dining at the location on 1757 George Dieter.

From messing up my order not onc but TWICE in the same night to neglecting their customers in the front to the constant profanity being yelled by the cooks in the back. People with families can hear them saying f words and telling each other to “shut the f up”. Very unprofessional. I’m willing to take a drive to a further location to avoid this wingstop

I stood there f... read more Place an order online and came to pick it up. The man in the front has never greeted us and never harassed to say that I will be right with you. I stood there for a while, and finally he says yes? His customer service is not great and he didn't care to say thank you or have a good night. This place is terrible and they forgot something in my order. Overall bad service and bad atmosphere at this point.
