Wienerschnitzel - El Paso

I placed an online order at this restaurant, but they did not have the banana split or ice cream cone with sprinkles that was listed on their website. Instead, I received the cone without the sprinkles. They initially refused to give me a refund for the missing item and told me to call back later. When I suggested requesting a refund online (even though there was no option for this), I had to wait for about 20 minutes before finally receiving my money back. To top it off, when I ordered a double cheeseburger, I received a single burger with chili on it instead. Very disappointing experience overall.

I arrived when the lobby was closed, so there was a slight delay in service, hence the 4-star rating. However, the staff was friendly and the food was suitable for a quick meal. The chili cheese fries had shredded cheese instead of slices. The double burgers were generously sized, perfect for an adult or a hungry pre-teen. The mini corn dog bites were crispy and delicious.

Krystal was patient, friendly, and efficient. She helped me reorganize my order so that I could apply my military rebate, saving me about $10. She was incredible and is definitely an asset to the business.

Unfortunately the food and service has went down hill, been going to the one by my house for 30 years, it's really sucks that it was always my first choice, but now I always look for something else first
