Whataburger - El Paso

Since the restaurant was not crowded, we received prompt service. The food arrived hot and delicious. Dining in is definitely the way to go.

I have visited this restaurant on Lee Trevino numerous times and I have consistently had issues with my order. It seems like the staff they hire, especially the younger ones, often make mistakes with my order. They are quick to charge for extra items I request but then fail to include them. I understand that it may be their first job, but they should be able to read orders and double-check them accurately. It can be frustrating. Make sure to check your order before leaving, even if there is a long line. If they don't get it right the first time, they will redo it.

I purchased a meal box for my daughter's birthday. The staff was great, even when I accidentally dropped some food on my way out the door. They promptly replaced the items without any issues. I am very grateful and will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future. Just a heads up though, we didn't order cake from Whataburger.

Came here because I was in the area, Great n clean, service was fast with steam still coming out of my Burger which is a good sign. Employees doing their part in keeping clean n organized. We loved it here! 10/22 brought my handsome boys and still verysatisfied with their services. Great work Squad

I was a god vibe from the time I walked in. The cashier was friendly also as she took my order there were a couple of things I didn't like. 1 the didn't have a banana shake 2 I ordered a onion ring which were very tasty and a large chocolate and smallstrawberry. But got a small chocolate and a large strawberry. Luckily I love them both. But still was a good experience. Ithaha alot of things going on bback thereunder don't think it was a bad mistake but someone else might have.
