Whataburger - El Paso

The employees and managers at this location frequently report students from Mexico and migrants to Border Patrol, even while serving them. It's disheartening to see them laughing as these individuals leave with Whataburger cups in hand. Additionally, the food consistently fails to meet Whataburger's standards. Overall, this is a terrible location, and I wouldn't recommend visiting.

This restaurant is always inviting, regardless of where you're coming from. I highly recommend checking it out, as the food is significantly better than McDonald's and might even surpass Wendy's.

The two stars are for the way the hamburger was assembled, the lettuce piled on one side, the tomato slices pile on the opposite side and the mustard concentrated in one spot. Too bad, the hamburgers there are always great but not this time. And what's upwith the long wait? Every time we go there the waiting gets longer and longer. We actually notice cars in the drive through linedriving away

When my order arrived, I discovered that the ranch and buffalo sauce were inside the taco I had ordered. I asked if I could get a little cup of ranch since they had included some, but the staff member said no. It turned out they had put jalapeno ranch in the taco instead. I also requested a cup of buffalo sauce because I wanted it on the side, not inside the taco. At first, the cashier said no, but after I explained the situation, she agreed to give it to me. While the food was decent, the service was very disappointing.

So I went in and ordered a salad, pommes and a cup of coffee. The girl that took my order asked me if I wanted chickens and I said no. She gave me my change in nickel and I said it was okay because I was a nice person. Then they left the fries out of my order. The girl that took my order said I didn't blame you for the Pommes, do you want me to accuse you for her? I said yes, paid for the Pommes and waited patiently for mine. I didn't complain because I'm a nice person. Then I came home to discover that there was a dead chicken on my salad. I've been a vegetarian for 45 years. I don't eat chicken. I had to go back 4 blocks. They corrected the order and tried to compensate me with free cake. I can't eat cake quickly because they're not vegetarian. I'm a nice person, I have limits. I am vegetarian for ethical reasons and if you put meat in my food, it is very annoying because I can't eat it and it just wastes it. I ask you to explain to your employees what a vegetarian is.
