Whataburger - El Paso

I really enjoyed the patty melt at this restaurant. The fries and onion rings were also very good. However, I found the burger a bit plain without any additional toppings. I would definitely return for the patty melt though.

Went in a week ago and ordered a burger at around 6 am. Asked for water as my drink with the combo and cashier tried to give me a complimentary water cup. I told him I wanted the size that came with the combo. He ended up giving it to me. My burger didn 't have the cheese that I ordered and paid for. Got there this morning as garbage truck leaving. Went to order at the drive thru this morning around 5:45 am and before I could tell them what I wanted I was told it would be at least 15 minutes before any order was ready. The answer I received when I asked them why was we were all busy with the garbage. Decided I wouldn 't wait.

I recently tried the new chili cheese fries at this restaurant and was extremely disappointed. Despite ordering the large size, there was hardly any chili or cheese on the dish, and it even seemed like there were missing fries. Overall, the dish was not worth even a single star.

My friend and I stop by around 1:30am Saturday night and Kenneth took our order, he is amazing excellent customer service really friendly and with a super positive attitude and energy. He made us laugh when I ordered a milkshake. Definitely coming back. McDonald's and Burger King should hire some employees like Kenneth.

The service was poor with multiple mistakes on several orders, including mine. The food was delicious. The trash was overflowing with leadership visible in the background.
