My food came out cold. They had to reheat it. The service was also extremely slow. The restaurant was pretty empty and we were there for 2 hours because of the slow service.
Food was very good, excellent service. Would definitely do again.
Wife asked for a medium cook steak. When it came out, the steak was over cooked to being well done. The sides were super cold. The only thing that was great was my ribeye steak. It came out the way I wanted. The waiter felt bad for us, and gave us a free round of drinks and dessert. Would try it again, but not worth the cost for overall entertainment.
Best service in El Paso awesome experience. Food is amazing
Dinner was great. One of our drink glasses was chipped and one of our guests cut her lip. We told the manager but they only replaced the drink. After that we inspected our glasses and found that there were multiple fingerprints on the glasses. Would have been appropriate to polish the glasses before serving them at the quality of restaurant that they are. Maybe the take this to heart.
