Tcby - El Paso

Went at 5:20pm today(9-13-17). Says it closes at 6pm yet the guy closed already. Either they close at 5pm and the sign is wrong or the guy closed early for some reason. Won't waste my time again with this place anytime soon and will go else where. I'll let others know not to go past 5pm so they will not waste their time just in case it's closed since they don't have a sure closing time.

Staff is always friendly. The store is always clean. Pricing is reasonable. Not to mention they're the only place that has the Italian Tart flavor, which is my favorite!

The restaurant closed early and the front door was locked. I had to go through the side entrance to get in. The employee was very reluctant to accept vouchers. I mentioned that I had a coupon from Verizon Wireless. She did not know how to redeem it. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

My partner and I arrived at this restaurant with only 30 minutes until closing time. The door was locked, but a girl opened it and asked us (while holding the door) if we planned to dine in or take out. We said we were just going to get something to go. While we were looking at the menu display, the girl turned it off. We asked her to turn it back on, and she replied that she wanted to avoid customers coming in at the last minute. She also mentioned that they only had a few items available, not the full menu. We politely wished her a good night and left.

If you're looking to have an early dinner in the city and enjoy dessert, I would not recommend going to TCBY as they close early. My experience was very disappointing.
