This was a great find for tacos in El Paso! We came in with tacos al pastor in mind and they have a Tuesday deal reducing tacos from 6 for $12 to 8 for $9. The tacos tasted fantastic! They have a wonderful selection of salsas as well, truly something for everyone’s tastes. I would definitely come back for tacos or to try the rest of the menu. What Omar Duarte doesn't like about Tacos Chinampa:
Visited today for the 1st time. The place needs work inside. It looks pretty rundown. The food was ok, but the salsas could have been a little better in my opinion. They're a little bland and not spicy at all. I ordered the al pastor and barbacoa tacos and they were pretty good. The service was super slow though. They only had 2 servers and it took a long time to order and get our food. View all feedback.
This was not a good visit. The food is usually good. A bare bones, inexpensive restaurant. No frills, just quick Mexican food.
Just go!!! Excellent food and great service. Telling all my coworkers when they come through town. Just don’t eat anything all day before you go the portions are large. And say yes to anything they offer.
Food is great. I highly recommend the Mexican plate. Another favorite I can never get enough are the burritos. They really big so if you plan on having more than one plate, just settle for one of their burritos. (Get the barbacoa one. It is delicious. ? Lastly, this place has a friendly and lively atmosphere.
This place is delicious and cheap, their server Jose provides great service. ??
Excellent service, food not to mention very good, barbecues are my favorites
