Wish it was a better review but no. We did the drive-thru and was not impressed. We ordered 2 drinks and two sides, mozzarella sticks and chili cheese tots. They took a long time and then the order was missing. They handed it to us and walked away from window. There was not a lot of cars and workers were not that enthusiastic. Go to another sonic! Slow service, waited forever for a drink and mozzarella sticks. When we drove off we took a look and they didn't bother to give us marinara for the mozzarella just a ton of ketchup? Ok cool, we drive back and ask for the marinara for the mozzarella sticks and the employee has attitude saying small mozzarella sticks only get 1 marinara. Ok fine but you didn't even give us that so after some time they bring it out. Worst part? The mozzarella sticks just look at the photo it's a joke at this point
I got a little worried when the food was late, but the employee was very sweet.
Got there after school only ordered a small drink and a pretzel through the app and then my order got off of the screen and no one came and after pressing the button they told me to give them a moment before letting me tell them I had no food so after 20 minutes I pressed the button again and the girl acted bamboozled and rude and made us wait and gave me old coke and a cold pretzel and got rude stares from the order window because we were complaining
The first time here never knew there was a Sonic here, the food was good, they understood light ice how to make a good cherry coke
Awful, awful, awful service. Waited forty minutes for a single burger and soda: the order ended up being wrong, and the staff refused to fix it.
