Sofia's has been our go-to restaurant for years, and I'm not even a local from San Elizario. Sofia is always there to greet you with a warm smile, along with her daughter Nancy, creating a comforting, hometown atmosphere. It feels like dining in a big family living room. My favorite dish is the Plato Mexicana, which never disappoints. Their burritos, flautas, burgers, enchiladas, and breakfast items are also excellent. While these are our usual orders, everything on the menu is phenomenal. I also love that they serve chips and salsa along with a cup of the daily caldo (like menudo, Fideo, posole, etc.). We will forever remain loyal customers, and I assure you, you won't regret it if you choose to be one too. As for parking, there's a good-sized lot, but when it gets crowded, you can park in the lot on the other side of the wall. Plus, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible with no steps to navigate.

Sofia's has been our favorite spot for YEARS, and I'm not even a local from San Elizario. Sofia is always present, and as soon as you step inside, you’re welcomed with a warm smile by her, her daughter Nancy, and the cozy, hometown vibe. It truly feels like being in a big family dining room. My personal favorite is the Plato Mexicana, which never lets me down. Their burritos, flautas, burgers, enchiladas, and breakfast dishes are all excellent as well. Those are just our usual orders, but everything is fantastic. I also appreciate that they serve chips and salsa along with a cup of their daily caldo (such as menudo, fideo, posole, etc.). We will always remain loyal customers, and I promise you won't regret it if you give it a try too!
