Went here when i was visiting El Paso Texas and we were seated pretty fast the service was good and i got the baby back ribs with a side of mac and cheese and curly fries and it was really good and i really liked the bbq sauce they gave us to dip it in so if your in the area and have not tried this place i recomend it. What User doesn't like about Rib Hut East:
This place used to be really good but it has since gone down in quality and customer service. Ordered rib plate and sides were cold. The wait staff forgot about us for about 15 minutes. No drink refills, no bread, and the peach cobbler was terrible. It used to be amazing. I guess when the economy starts to tank so does the quality of everything else. View all feedback.
My husband and myself loved the food from here, we always have a great experience but our last server Eddie was amazing great customer service and it takes a lot for my husband to be wowed! It was late at night and food and service where still on point we were actually expecting okay service, we where amazed with everything! We love the flavored teas my husbands fav is coconut tea ! And mine is strawberry lemonade! We work in food service so we know how everything works! Love it here will be a frequent customer!!!
Big shout out to RIB HUT East! For providing a great rib night experience for our first time visiting. The atmosphere seemed happy and energetic. Our server Carlos was very attentive to our meal needs. Manager Adriana provided great customer service and short history on Rib HUT. Overall great experience definitely coming back with all my family. Thanks.
Servers top notch, friendly and attentive. Food was super. I got the combo because I could not decide. Diego asked if we wanted our meat with sauce oron the side. The servings were large and I was not able to finish more than half. Ribs were good. Brisket awesome, turkey was moist and flavorful sausage had just the right bite. Sweet tea, perfect. Margaritas good as well. Best restaurant ecperience I have had in a long time.
The food was delicious. We ordered ribs, brisket, turkey and sausage. The sides of onion rings and a baked potato were awesome. Not to mention our server Melody, she did a great job!!
We finally got one on our side of town and damn it was delicious! We have been long time customers for a reason the food is amazing, the service is amazing, and the staff is amazing! If you have not had Rib Hut you're missing out!
