This is now my #1 rated place for enchiladas! Their food is so delicious and seasoned to perfection. I can't say enough good things about their rice/beans. The ease with ordering in person and over the phone is a plus. Highly recommend! If you don't like Red Peppers, you don't have good taste in food, that's all I gotta say View all feedback.

Delicious food, friendly staff. The aguas are delicious. The machaca plate is amazing. Good burritos. The menudo is my favorite. And very decent prices! Also love their breakfast! They use Munster cheese in their beans which I love. Highly recommend this place.
1000% recommended. I ended up tipping A LOT, because the food was DELICIOUS, and the service was impeccable. She took my order 35 minutes before closing time, and it was ready in 15 minutes. I got a plate for everyone in my family (6 people) and my total was only about $50. But I also bought some pralines and some pastries, and along with my tip, my total came out to about $78. So worth it for how much I bought.
This place will become a chain if it isn't already. Every dish is exquisite. Their aguas include Melon, Horchata, Limón, and, my favorite Nuez. You will find something you like. How about Candied Pecans? Gorditas? Enchiladas? Menudo? Verde Burrito?

I have no idea why some people have posted negative reviews. We have been getting burritos from Red Peppers for years. As a matter of fact, we were going there when they were across the street from their present location. Never once have we been disappointed. I recently tried the menudo for the first time, and it was great. The broth was not to spicy, the meat was cut in bite sizes; not too fatty, and just plenty of pozole.
