The staff in the kitchen at Popeyes were very friendly and accommodating during our visit. They packed a lot of delicious chicken for our takeout and were extremely pleasant when our delivery order was ready. What User doesn't like about Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen:
I placed an order for two spicy chicken sandwiches through the drive-thru at 9:40 a.m. and noticed there were no other customers in line. However, when I got home and checked my order, it was wrong. I tried calling the store three times, but they didn't answer. It's hard to understand how an order could be mishandled with no one else around. View all feedback.
The food was good, but the order was torn. Before I could finish my sentence, I was cut off and asked another question. Not sure what the rush was since I ordered, I had to park in front and wait 5 minutes for my food anyway. Food: 4/5
This is not a rating on the company in its entirety. This is a rating on the Montwood location. The person in the intercom was out of it I had to repeat myself several times. When I got to the window she told me there is a wait on chicken and I said fine. The she asked if I would rather have spicy because it's ready and I agreed for the sake of time since I was in my lunch break. When I finally got to opening the box to eat the chicken, I came across the driest and saddest trash chicken I've ever seen in my life. They gave me pieces that looked like they have been sitting there for weeks. I had given this location five stars before but what happened Montwood location? You've changed.
The blackened chicken is fire as heck. The staff was very helpful as well. I wanna give credit but I forgot her name lol. But she did great
Blatantly ignored for 5 minutes while being the only ones in line and and a lobby with 3 people. God forbid I'm not white with hair on my head. Even Said excuse me twice, and only for the manager to glance at us. Even after telling her to F off, she smiles in response.
Twice in two trips, I didn't get my dipping sauce (gravy), they forgot my order by the time I get to the drive-thru window, I had to repeat it. Is there no ekectronic system in place to keep track records? Horrible service.
