The food here is always fantastic! Since I discovered it me and my family eat here often. We’ve had gorditas, tacos, enchiladas, cheeseburgers and fries, burritos… and it’s all been SO good, including the limonada horchata. The staff is always very nice, too! It’s a delicious little find. What blanca renteria doesn't like about Maribu's Mexican:
I read the reviews before ordering and since it had so many I didn’t hesitate and order the carne asada fries, caldo de res and steak tacos. I never leave bad reviews but this time i had too, everything was horrible, the guacamole on the fries was COMPLETELY black, the caldo the res had zero flavor, literally no taste, the carne asada tacos came with 3 and only 2 had steak, the rice was super dry with no flavor and t... The gorditas were very good the first time, but the second time, the meat looked old, not as good the second time. Recommend the caldo. Very good.
I bought a beef broth and they gave me pure broth broth with two Beef Piecitos
I've tried the coctel de camaron and it's awesome, a but pricey but worth it. The menudo on the weekends is great
I highly recommend it. Food was FANTASTIC and the staff was very friendly. You won't be disappointed :
