Food is always great here. Very delicious. You can order full menu at ANY time of the day. Pancakes for dinner or burgers for breakfast. Speaking of burgers, BEST BURGERS IN TOWN. Highly recommend. Staff is friendly, specially the 2nd shift after 3:00),SO Efficient. The server, Claudia, takes care of all the afternoon customers by herself. Always with a smile . View all feedback.
What Mae Bustamante doesn't like about Hamburger House:
Food was subpar. The cook was fast so that was nice. SERVICE IS THE WORST OF THE WORST. This place would be way better and the experience would be a lot better if they actually hired waitresses that enjoy to work and waitresses that make the Paying Customers experience a lot more enjoyable.Mini Tacos are ok, however more mash potato in the taco and maybe a couple of specs of ground beef $10.99 too much for mash potat... The food is tasty, but the service could use some improvement. The cleanliness of the place also leaves a bit to be desired.
We had a craving for their amazing dozen taquitos, which are still the best around. The restaurant was busy, but our order came out quickly. The chef was working solo in the kitchen and did an excellent job with our food. Thank you!
The food is good, but the service leaves much to be desired. They also frequently run out of some items I really like.
The food was really good. When we went it was a little busy. It's not that big. But it was worth the wait.
I love eating there... The cook is an amazing cook. He makes people smile by the way he cooks. The hamburgers are my very favorite... I recommend it...
