Unprofessional staff. Had a job for a big group and had delivered it to save time, time I don't have to waste. Order was missing 1 pizza, so I called the store and they claimed the order was complete. The manager just wants to argue about the amount of times they tried to call me before my order was canceled, which was a total. I order online so I don't have to hear a whiny voice to not mention a few times a Mth of this same location. Do not ever remember to answer my phone to confirm an online order, what is the point for online order then?

A lot of grease on the rim that soaked through the box. I checked a box NOT to have garlicky oil brushed on the crust. I payed for a pizza with extra cheese and there was barely any at all
Ordered at 7:07, came out the oven and quality check was 7:18, driver didn’t leave until 8:17. I received my order 1 1/2 hours later, food was cold and to top it off…..I didn’t get the wings I ordered. They took it upon themselves to change my wing order on their own. If you’re short staffed, hire more people. This is unacceptable.
Last time I checked Buffalo chicken pizza usually includes Buffalo sauce on the pizza. Also I generally like it not burned.
