It is a quiet spot, i give 2 stars coz the frappe is very disappointing, i had the Leprechaun, it is flavourless. Service is fair, hot tea is surprisingly good. Not likely to come back. View all feedback. What joseph peel likes about Coffee House Of Hel:
Very clean, nice atmosphere, tried the cookies and cream iced latte which was delicious. The owners were very friendly, coffee was served fast. Autism friendly and wouldn't be overwhelming for kids. View all feedback.

Cool vibe, good coffee, and great service. My favorite coffee house in El Paso.
