Cocteles Mazatlan El Paso

Eating is good, but the service is really sucked. it was a party of 2 and people who came in after us were immediately sat. we were asked twice if we had to wait for dinner to go out what we had to make clear that we were waiting for to sit. they have to bring it together.

That is by far the worst experience I have experienced in any restaurant. first they opened late. they gave my friend and I didn't tostadas or something we could begin before our meal. this man came alone and they wanted him to turn tables because they expected more people. the man was so angry that he left as the poor man was alone. eating was cold and very salty. even the suppe was cold.

Eat always on point and great attention from servers. looks like they do something to get a table so early. eating disappointed never...not like some cold Mexican beer seafood

Service is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. My parents and I waited to be seated for more than forty minutes which I usually don't mind. I understand that some restaurants have a high demand and are short staffed and do the best they can. However, I saw all the waitresses gathered in a corner spilling tea and laughing for a BIG while. There were a couple of tables empty. I asked them if they could get me a table. They told me to wait again and after they finally got us to the table THE WAITRESS TOSSED THE MENUS at us. They did not look at us or say a word . This was totally disrespectful. People need to have manners. I would NOT RECOMMEND.

I went my son is allergic to seafood so I had to buy him take out but they didn’t want to let him eat outside food they would rather loose 100 of my money than letting a 10 yr old eat a burger really!!! F your service and your food !!
