I went to eat with my family and the truth is that they treated us very well, I had to arrive and the chicken was freshly cooked, only that At the time of ordering they didn't tell us about the promotions and in the end they didn't give us biscuits, maybe it happened to the girl who served us, but we understood why apparently she was in training. What Monique doesn't like about Church's Texas Chicken:
The manager is quite incompetent, and it’s clear that the staff doesn't know how to do their jobs properly. They don't ensure that paying customers receive their full orders and then try to make it seem like the customer is lying. I'm amazed by the sheer lack of professionalism at this location. The chicken sandwich was disappointing. I ordered six for my big family, but the chicken was tough and hard to chew, with some pieces so dark they almost looked black. It was nearly impossible to bite into. On the bright side, the bun was good, and so were the pickles! However, I received about ten ketchup packets that were all stuck together with something sticky, like honey. It wasn't necessary to package them that way, but I suppose it is what it is.
AWFUL - AVOID THIS PLACE. I ordered a family meal that was supposed to come with fries and mac n cheese. I was shocked when the portion of fries was the same size as what you'd receive in a combo meal—see the picture below. How is this supposed to feed a family of six? Am I meant to give two fries to each person? When I called to express my concerns, they didn’t even attempt to listen. A meal meant for six should come with sufficient sides, not just a tiny portion of fries and six biscuits. This is just absurd. I won't be returning due to the poor service and attitude.

Wouldn't take the coupon I was sent even though it wasn't expired and never got a call back from the main office
This Church's Chicken location is always super fresh, and the delightful taste of their fried comfort foods lets me know that they change their fry oil often (I used to be head cook at a well know fish fry place in NE El Paso). Their employees have awesome customer service and pay great attention to detail. This location is usually very busy, but don't be discouraged by a full parking lot or long drive thru line. They are very efficient, and wait times are usually less than 5 minutes. One other thing that I love about the crew at this location is that they give you the appropriate amount of gravy for your large side of mashed potatoes. This may sound insignificant to some, but when you're enjoying your mashed potatoes with that delicious Church's Chicken brown gravy and the gravy runs out, it's always a huge let down. This crew ensures that you enjoy every bit of your order, down to the last bite!
