Contribute FeedbackWhile some may have had negative experiences with rude staff and lackluster food, many reviewers praised the authenticity and flavor of the dishes at this Chinese restaurant. From succulent entrees to spicy curry chicken, the food is made to order and not overly salted. Friendly and respectful staff, like Alan, provide great service to patrons. Other diners appreciate the reasonable prices and a variety of menu options. Overall, while there were mixed reviews, those looking for authentic Chinese cuisine with great flavor should give this place a chance.
The main course was delicious, but the dumplings lacked flavor. The hot and sour soup, on the other hand, was very good. Our server was friendly, but instead of greeting us first, he reminded us that the restaurant was closing in an hour, essentially telling us to hurry up. As someone who works in retail, I have never spoken to a customer like that - I find it to be outright rude. Despite leaving 20 minutes before closing, we felt rushed and this was disappointing. It's a shame because we enjoyed the food, but the customer service definitely needs improvement.
As I entered the restaurant, a man sitting at a table greeted me with a choice of "takeout or dine-in?" It was clear he hadn't showered in days, as he had his hands under his shirt rubbing his stomach while speaking. It turns out he was the server for the restaurant. The overall appearance of the restaurant was run-down. The Mongolian beef dish was tasty, but the Lo Mein was sour and lacked vegetables. I will not be dining at this restaurant again.
The food at this restaurant is delightful and reasonably priced! I make sure to stop by every time I'm in this area. The staff is friendly and responsive when you are courteous to them.
I enjoy going with my family the cinnamon boba milk os amazing and the hunan beef i had today was sooooo great that my grams boxed up her original order and got mine!!!!! The service was amazing as always
The food was horrible. The fried rice and low mein had veggies and were basic rice and spaghetti noodles. The fried spring rolls were basically sponges full of cooking oil.
