Our bartender is extremely fun and friendly! After driving back to Santa Fe, NM, we decided to spend the night at the historic Hotel Gardner. Julio, my man, and I had a fantastic time and enjoyed the great atmosphere. Thank you for recommending us to come back and tell our friends.

This is as good as it’s going to get for El Paso. Great DJs, basic drinks, and nice nighttime atmosphere.

The Briar Patch has become quite unclean, particularly the bathrooms, which really need an overhaul. I felt uncomfortable being frisked at the entrance; it felt unwelcoming. The bartenders didn’t even greet me. During Pride, the atmosphere seemed lacking. I remember when Klaus and Don Randino owned the old Briar Patch, and Gilbert Marqus was the manager—it was much better back then!
