I felt uncomfortable being frisked at the entrance; it felt... read more The Briar Patch has become quite unclean, particularly the bathrooms, which really need an overhaul. I felt uncomfortable being frisked at the entrance; it felt unwelcoming. The bartenders didn’t even greet me. During Pride, the atmosphere seemed lacking. I remember when Klaus and Don Randino owned the old Briar Patch, and Gilbert Marqus was the manager—it was much better back then!
