She provided us with recommendations for dining in El Paso and even suggested some hiking spots. Gracie mentioned that she updates her locations on social media, and also offered samples of her affordable baked goods. Everything is baked fresh and prices are very reasonable at $3.00 per item or 2 for $5.00. Payment can be made with cash or credit card via Square. We tried the vegan orange cranberry scone, zucchini brownie, and coffee cake, all of which were delicious with great textures and flavors. Gracie also sells a variety of jewelry at her stand, although we did not make a purchase. It seems that repeat customers are happy with the jewelry selections. Overall, we were thrilled to support a local business like the Blushing Buffalo. Gracie's friendly demeanor, delicious vegan baked goods, and beautiful jewelry made our visit memorable. Highly recommend!
